Training Documentation

By contract with the state, all CRB members are required to provide documentation that they have met their required training no later than June 30 of the fiscal year for which the training was completed. Documentation must be provided on the "Documentation of Individual Training" form provided by the CRB office.  Each member is responsible for sending this form to the CRB office before the end of each fiscal year.

If an ongoing CRB member fails to complete and document to the CRB office the required 10 units within the twelve-month period, he/she will be placed on probation for an additional three months and then dropped from the board if the training is still not completed. If a new member fails to complete and document to the CRB office the required 12 units within the twelve-month period, he/she will be placed on probation for an additional three months and then dropped from the board if the training is still not completed.
